What form of payment does LOCKDOWNSECURED.COM accept?
LOCKDOWNSECURED.COM accepts Visa and MasterCard. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.
Can I purchase an international order?
LOCKDOWNSECURED.COM only ships to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through Lockdown™ Shopping Cart. Once your order is submited, it cannot be changed or modified.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are estimated to arrive within 7 business days of order for standard delivery.
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order is processed, a shipment confirmation email will be sent via your email address with your tracking number that can then be tracked using the corresponding carrier's (UPS or USPS) website.

We offer a 30 money back refund, less shipping and handling.
Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase?
We make every effort to ensure that your ordering information, including your credit card number, is protected while you are on our site. What happens if my credit card does not go through?
If your credit card does not process successfully, your order will not be processed and an error message will be displayed on your screen. If you like, you can try a different credit card.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above $50. Product specific exclusions may exist.
Do you offer rain checks on sales?
No, we do not offer sale pricing outside of sale periods or retroactively apply sale pricing to orders placed outside of sale periods.
